Repairs Are Normally Between $40 and $80 + Shipping (Flexon Bridge replacements and Oakley spring hinges not included, or slightly higher.)

No payment is required until the job has been completed.
We will call you and arrange payment prior to returning the glasses. Even titanium frames that require multiple welds can be repaired. We usually have frames go out the same day they arrive. If you supply an e-mail address, we will send you the UPS or USPS tracking number to confirm shipment.

How Our Mail-In Service Works
- Print this form, complete it and include it with your glasses when you send them to us for repair.
- Send your eyeglasses and repair form to our eyeglass mail-in repair center. Protect your frames during shipping by wrapping them in cloth or bubble wrap and placing them in a sturdy box.
- When we receive your eyeglasses, we will contact you that same day with a firm price to repair them.
- After you authorize the work, we will fix your glasses, process your payment, and return your eyeglasses to you. You may pay over the phone with a debit or credit card, or we can email you a link to pay us online.
